2022 Jack o'lantern FAQ
I don't see any jack o'lanterns in your shop, why?
You will not find jack o'lanterns stocked in my shop. This is because I am an independent artist. I create each item with my two hands. I design AND manufacture each item in my small ceramics studio. It's just me doing everything. from processing clay, throwing on the wheel, trimming, carving, altering, painting, glazing, and firing. I do it all and it takes ALOT of time. I aim to make 100 jack o'lanterns each spooky season.
When/How can I get a jack o'lantern?
I have scheduled releases.
My first jack o'lantern release will be in early September strictly for my Patreon supporters. My second jack o'lantern release will be public. I have not selected a day and time yet. I anticipate end of September.
Do you ship them internationally?
US & Canada shipping only.
Can I preorder/prepay for one?
No. That wouldn't be fair and then everyone would want to do this and it wouldn't work.
Oh no! I missed your release! How can I get one?
Sorry, if you miss the release, you will have to wait until next year.

How big are they?
They are all different sizes, typically up to the top of the stem anywhere from 6-12 inches. I list the sizes on every listing.
How will I know what will be in your shop update?
I make PREVIEW posts on my Instagram account in my stories a day before my sale of all the items that will be in the update with their prices.
Do you do custom orders or special requests? Will you make an exception for me?
NOPE NOPE NOPE. I’m sorry I know you want a certain item but with purple glaze or a certain image but I cannot do this. It costs me a lot more time and money and takes away from production of my own work. All artists have different ideas about custom work, for me, I will not do any custom work. I also won’t do any special requests. If you want a particular piece from me, you’ll have to wait till I post it in my shop.
I won’t even make custom pieces for my mom!
Will you make more of this particular jack o'lantern?
I have a lot of ideas. I don't know if I will make more of something. I just make what comes to me. They are all one of a kind.
My jack o'lantern arrived broken, what do I do?
You can get a full refund from Route. It's quick and easy. If you do not purchase Route you will lose your money. Route costs a few dollars and trust me, it's worth it. Dealing with USPS in the case of damaged items is really bad. Sorry, I will not remake a jack o'lantern for you.
